에세이에서 식생활을 논할 때는 a balanced diet와 healthy eating이 쓸모 있고, 영양 상태와 그것이 몸에 미치는 영향은 nutrition으로 말합니다: good nutrition, poor nutrition.

Many young people do diet before summer.
Many young people go on a diet before summer.
살을 빼려고 식사를 조절하기 시작하는 것은 go on a diet, 이미 하고 있다면 be on a diet라고 합니다.
A balanced diet should be rich of fibre.
A balanced diet should be rich in fibre.
전치사까지 한 덩어리로 기억하세요: rich in vitamins, rich in protein.
People buy too many food and throw half of it away.
People buy too much food and throw half of it away.
Fast food is not good to your health.
Fast food is not good for your health.
’건강에 좋다’의 ’에’를 to로 옮기기 쉽지만, 무엇이 몸에 좋거나 나쁘다고 할 때는 good for, bad for입니다: good for your health, bad for your teeth. be good to someone은 ’누군가에게 잘해 주다’라는 뜻입니다.
Doctors advise to eat a balanced nutrition.
- advise to eat → advise eating: 누구에게 권하는지 말하지 않을 때는 advise 뒤에 -ing 형태가 옵니다. advise eating, 또는 사람을 넣어 advise people to eat이라고 합니다.
- a balanced nutrition → a balanced diet: ’영양’을 떠올려 nutrition을 쓰기 쉽지만, 먹는 음식 전체인 식단은 diet입니다: eat a balanced diet.
Doctors advise eating a balanced diet.

Writing Task 2
In many countries, people are eating more processed food and cooking less at home. Why is this happening, and what can be done to encourage healthier eating habits?
One effective way to promote healthy eating is to make the healthier choice the easier one. Governments could tax sugary drinks and use the revenue to subsidise fresh fruit and vegetables, so that a balanced diet becomes affordable for families on low incomes. Clearer food labelling would also help: when a package states plainly that its contents are high in sugar, shoppers are more likely to think twice before buying it. Finally, schools should teach basic cooking skills. Teenagers who can prepare simple home-cooked meals are less dependent on convenience food, and the eating habits they develop at sixteen are likely to stay with them as adults.
Speaking
Part 3 질문: How have eating habits in your country changed in recent years?
I’d say the biggest change is that people eat out far more than they used to, and delivery apps have made takeaways incredibly easy to get. When I was a child, most families sat down to home-cooked meals every evening. On the other hand, younger people seem more aware of the nutritional value of what they eat: lots of my friends read labels now and are trying to cut down on sugar. So it’s a mixed picture, really.
I’d say, really, on the other hand가 말을 생생하게 만들고, 정확한 연어가 어휘력을 보여 줍니다.
