看到“办事”，容易直接选一个表示“做”的动词。但英语搭配不能逐字对应，errands 通常与 run 连用，而不是 make。这里并不涉及实际跑步：run errands。
不要混淆 errands 和 affairs。I have some errands to run in town 说的是日常小事。Affairs 指更正式或重大的事务：sort out your affairs 是把事务安排妥当，current affairs 是时事。Have an affair 又是另一回事，指秘密的恋爱关系。
