Familiarの意味：見覚えがある。toとwithで主語が変わる

Familiarは知っている、容易に認識できるという意味です。A familiar faceは見覚えのある顔、be familiar with somethingはその物事をよく知っていることです。馴れ馴れしいという意味もあり、その場合はtoo familiarと程度を示すことがよくあります。
