Throw up es una manera informal y corriente de decir «vomitar»: I threw up. The survey threw up some surprises.

Primera versiónThe boat was rocking so much that I felt like to throw up.

Versión corregidaThe boat was rocking so much that I felt like throwing up.

Feel like se construye con la forma en -ing: feel like going, feel like throwing up. La construcción would like to puede hacer pensar en to throw up, pero después de feel like no corresponde ese infinitivo.

Cambridge Dictionary

Throw up es coloquial. En inglés británico, be sick puede resultar más neutro: I was sick twice last night. En un contexto médico se usa vomit. Feel sick expresa náuseas; I threw up indica que el vómito ya ocurrió.
