Me too 用来赞同肯定陈述：I like jazz. — Me too。如果对方的话是否定的，例如带有 don't，表达同样的情况时应说 Me neither。
Neither do I 使用倒装语序：neither 后先放与前一句对应的助动词或 be 动词，再放主语。对 I can't swim 回答 Neither can I；对 I wasn't there 回答 Neither was I。Me neither 更简短，不需要改变动词形式。非正式美式英语中也会听到意思相同的 Me either。
