Deal with মানে সমস্যা, কাজ বা চাপ সামলাতে ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া। দ্বিতীয় প্রচলিত অর্থ হলো গ্রাহক, সহকর্মী বা সরবরাহকারীর মতো মানুষের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ রাখা ও কাজ করা। ক্রিয়াটি নিরপেক্ষ, তাই কথোপকথন ও কাজের ইমেল দুজায়গায় মানায়।
