Prospect ليست الاسم الإنجليزي المعتاد لشارع واسع، ولذلك on a wide prospect غير واضحة بهذا المعنى. نستخدم avenue. قد تحتفظ أسماء شوارع منقولة من لغات أخرى بلفظ مثل Prospekt، لكنه اسم منقول لا يجعل prospect كلمة عامة للشارع بالإنجليزية.
