修改前I'll wait you outside the station at six.
修改后I'll wait for you outside the station at six.
很多动词直接接人作宾语，因此容易把人放在 wait 后面。但在这里，wait 与所等的人或事物之间需要 for。直接表示等多久时，则不加 for：wait ten minutes。修改加上了 for。
Wait for 强调在等待中度过时间：I waited for the parcel all day and couldn't go out。Expect 表示认为某事会发生或某物会到：I'm expecting a parcel today。只是知道包裹预计送到，可以用 expect；待在家里等快递员来，则是 wait for。
