If you're free after work, drop by to me for a cup of tea.
修正後If you're free after work, drop by my place for a cup of tea.
訪ねる相手をto meで示したくなりますが、drop byの後にはmy place、the office、the shopなどの場所を直接続けます。ここではto meをmy placeに替えます。
I dropped in on my aunt、場所ならdrop in at the bakeryとします。Drop byならdrop by the bakeryと、場所の前に別の前置詞を置きません。

drop by — 帰りに短く立ち寄り、後ろにyour flatという場所が直接続くのでdrop byです。 I'll drop off your umbrella. Drop off your flatでは訪問を表せません。
Drop by on Saturday morning and I'll give you the camping tent you asked about.
