Yep 非常随意。给只通过邮件联系过的招聘人员回复时，它显得不够郑重。把 yep 换成 yes 即可，句子其余部分已经很礼貌。
服务员或主人向你提供东西时，只说 yep 可能显得不够周到。礼貌的接受方式是 yes, please：Would you like some more tea? — Yes, please。IELTS Speaking 中也不宜只回答一个 yep，应说 yes 并继续展开，例如 Yes, I do, mostly at weekends。
