Knew 看似可以表示知道，但 know 描述一种状态，不是消息传来的那一刻。若要说查到了信息，或有人告诉你，用 found out。
Learn 也可以表示获知消息，但更正式，常见于信件或报道：We learned that the course had been cancelled。对话里 find out 更自然：I just found out the course is cancelled。
