这里的 -ing 形式看起来似乎自然，但动词 base 需要宾语：we based our decision on the results。没有宾语，单独的 basing on 不能成立，因此这里使用 based on，把 basing 换成 based。
Based on 和 according to 都涉及来源，但方式不同。According to the survey 表示调查本身说了什么，是转述来源内容。Based on the survey 则表示依据调查得出结论。Based in 和 based at 涉及地点：The company is based in Kazan。
