Be aware of 表示知道某件事，并把它放在心上。它常用于风险、规则、变化和问题：be aware of the risks。Aware 后面也可以接 that 引导的完整从句。

这里 aware 后面需要 of。因为 know 可以搭配 about，如 know about the changes，容易把介词套过来。但这个结构应说 aware of，不能用 aware about。
Be aware of 描述一种状态：已经知道，并留意这件事。某个事实突然变得清楚的瞬间，可以用 realise：I suddenly realised that I had left my passport at the hotel。第一次意识到某事，则可以用 become aware of。
