Worse 已经是 bad 的比较级，再加 more 就把比较重复了，类似 more bigger。若想表达不断变糟，可以重复这个词：worse and worse。
Get worse 说的是某件事变糟：The situation got worse。若要指出谁或什么因素使它变糟，用 make：Stress makes my headaches worse。表达某人把局面弄得更糟，需要 make the situation worse，不能把这里的 make 换成 get。
