Satisfying describes something that itself gives satisfaction: a satisfying meal is filling and enjoyable. For a person's feelings, use the -ed form: I'm satisfied. The sentence is about how I feel about my exam results, so satisfying became satisfied.

Cambridge Dictionary

With that and a full clause, satisfied means something different, 'convinced, sure': The manager was satisfied that the mistake wasn't mine. Satisfied with keeps the meaning 'pleased'.
