What the four criteria mean in practice
Task Response in Task 2 covers answering the question, your position and the development of ideas. In Task 1, the first criterion is Task Achievement: selecting and presenting data accurately matters in Academic, while General Training requires a clear purpose and coverage of the letter’s bullet points.
Coherence and Cohesion concerns the organisation of the answer and the connections between its parts. Lexical Resource covers the range and precision of vocabulary. The task and the first attempt
A Task 2 question from the LetsWords bank:
Many adults find it difficult to continue studying after they start full-time work. What are the main causes of this problem, and what solutions could be introduced?
For a short practice attempt, take one cause and a suitable solution. The original passage:
Many adults cannot study because they work. The job make them tired and they have no time. For example, online courses solve everything. These courses gives people a good possibility to do study when they want.

Task Response: connect the solution to the cause

In the original, For example promises an example of the previous statement, but a solution follows instead. The reader has to work out the transition. Explain the obstacle first, then make it clear that you are proposing a way to reduce it.
Fixed class times can conflict with changing work shifts. To reduce this barrier, course providers could offer recorded lessons alongside their live sessions.

Lexical Resource: choose an accurate expression
Do study does not fit the verb study in this construction, while a good possibility is vague. An opportunity to continue studying better expresses the chance to keep learning. If you mean freedom to choose the time, flexible access to lessons fits.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: fix the basics and extend the sentence
The job make needs makes because the subject is singular. These courses gives needs give because the subject is plural. After fixing agreement, practise a relative clause:

The main-clause subject is Courses, and its verb is allow. In that provide recorded lessons, the relative pronoun refers to the same courses. Both verb forms agree with the plural noun. The sentence has become more developed without losing grammatical control.
